Reception area
When you arrive at the Hearings Centre, you will be greeted by SCRA staff on reception.
Waiting Room
Before your Hearing starts, you will be shown to a waiting room.
Hearing Room
When your Hearing is about to start, you will be called into the Hearing room which has comfy chairs and sofas.
Sensory Room
A friendly and safe space for children and young people to wait either before or after their Hearing or if they want to take a break during their Hearing.
