When you arrive at the Hearing Centre, you will be greeted by SCRA staff on reception.

Before your Hearing starts, you will be shown to a waiting room.

When your Hearing is about to start, you will be called into the Hearing room which has comfy chairs and sofas.

A look at a different Hearing room. Glasgow has a number of Hearing rooms and although they all look slightly different, they also have some similar features.
