The main Sheriff Court is open during the following times:
- Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1700
- Friday 0900 - 1630

The bus station is a 5 minute walk from the courthouse.
By rail
Elgin train station is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
By car
There is no public car parking at the court, the nearest multi-storey car park is at the St Giles Shopping Centre, a short walk along the High Street. There is also some limited on-street car parking in the streets behind the courthouse.
By taxi
There is a taxi rank on the High Street in front of ‘The Muckle Cross’
