You will be responsible for organising the incoming work to the shared Business Development and Improvement Team’s mailbox prioritising and responding to enquiries and ensuring these are escalated where appropriate. You will be required to produce accurate minutes of meetings with the use of AI assisted tools where appropriate, ensuring actions were recorded and distributed promptly.  You will maintain accurate records and support data entry using Microsoft Excel to assist with supplier management and budget monitoring.

You will support localities to deliver services efficiently by providing comprehensive administrative support including diary management while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail.

Educated to HND level in a relevant subject, or equivalent, you will be able to gather and analyse datasets to generate meaningful information that supports informed decision-making. With excellent financial administration and numerical skills, you will have experience of working in a Finance or a supply chain environment.  Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams is essential.

All SCRA posts are subject to a probationary period of 6 months or the term of the contract if shorter.

All posts are subject to PVG clearance by Disclosure Scotland. It is normal practice to appoint at the minimum point of the salary scale.
