The PMO Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of the SCRA’s Programme Management Office:
- Coordinating the many strands and activities involved in the running of the programme office and delivery of the programmes within
- Contributing to the development and operation of robust governance structures.
- Monitoring and reporting on plans to ensure focus against agreed targets / timescales.
The successful candidate will be qualified to HND in relevant discipline or equivalent experience and to have awareness and understanding of SCRA’s and personal obligations under the Equality Act. You will have experience in fostering and contributing to collaborative working, be digitally minded, be able to use newly learned techniques and apply them with minimum guidance and have the capability to demonstrate commitment to employee engagement strategies. In addition, you will have excellent administrative skills, interpersonal and relationship management skills and skills in influencing others.
You should have the ability to travel to other offices if required.
SCRA operates an agile working policy, with each role having a contractual office base. This post is based in SCRA’s Head Office in Stirling. Our Agile Working policy enables staff to work from alternative SCRA offices and home in line with office capacity and core duties. Expenses and travel time are calculated based on your contractual office base.
