This form will help you have the best experience at your Hearing. Please remember that if you choose any of the options below it is really important to contact the Reporter as soon as possible to get the help you need.  Their name, number and email address is on the letter you received.  

We will always do our best to arrange your Hearing in the way that you want, but this might not always be possible. If it is not possible we will do our best to explain the reasons why.
