40 Calls to Action – year 5 update

In October 2020, Our Hearings, Our Voice produced their 40 Calls to Action for organisations in the Hearings System to make improvements. 

Every year we have produced a progress report for the young people, so they can see what we are doing to meet their 40 Calls to Action. 

Our fifth update includes information on our Hearings centre design standards, improved information materials, plus lots more!

Lisa Bennett, SCRA’s Head of Strategy said: “As always, we have loved working with Our Hearings, Our Voice on so many fantastic projects this year. There has been so many achievements and we want to say a big thank you to all the young people from everyone at SCRA.”

SCRA has also welcomed the launch of the Seeing Beyond the Surface online guide. Colleagues from SCRA attended the launch at the recent Rise Up event which was organised by Our Hearings, Our Voice.
