SCRA awarded Gold in national inclusion benchmarking exercise

We’re proud to announce that we have achieved a Gold TIDE Award from the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei).

The TIDE (Talent, Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) benchmarking tool is used by organisations across the UK to assess and improve their performance on equality, diversity and inclusion. The Gold award recognises SCRA’s strong and sustained commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and delivering inclusive services.

Sarah Wood, SCRA’s Inclusion & Diversity Manager said: “We’re absolutely delighted to receive this recognition. Achieving Gold reflects the collective effort of our staff to embed inclusion into every aspect of our work. It’s a proud milestone for SCRA and a testament to the values we hold as an organisation.”

This award builds on two consecutive years of Silver status and highlights the progress we’ve made in advancing our inclusion agenda.
