Children (Care, Care Experience and Services Planning) (Scotland) Bill

SCRA has welcomed the announcement of the Children (Care, Care Experience and Services Planning) (Scotland) Bill.

Neil Hunter, SCRA’s Principal Reporter/Chief Executive said: “We are delighted to welcome the introduction of the Children (Care, Care Experience and Services Planning) (Scotland) Bill.

“It is a significant step towards Keeping The Promise to children and young people, whilst reinforcing the principles of the Children’s Hearings System.

“We look forward to working with the Scottish Government and our partners in the Children’s Hearings System to take this Bill forward and ensure it is enshrined in Scots law.”
