With most legal restrictions coming to an end in Scotland on 21 March 2022, we will continue to do everything we can to keep people safe in our Hearings centres.

Please continue to wear face coverings in our offices and Hearings centres.

We will continue to provide anti-bac hand gel/hand washing facilities to everyone visiting our Hearings centres.

Although the physical distancing measures will no longer apply,  it is recommended that you maintain a safe distance (at least 1 metre) from people you don’t normally meet and we will support people who want to maintain some level of physical distancing in our Hearings centres.

We will continue to ensure that our Hearings centres are well ventilated.

Also from March 21, we are no longer required to retain visitor contact details for test and protect purposes.  However, as with pre-COVID-19, we always have a note of who is in our buildings for fire safety.

If you are attending a face to face Hearing and have any questions in advance, please contact your Reporter. If on arrival at our Hearings centre, if you have any questions or concerns, please speak to our reception staff.
