Our Communications Commitment to children and young people

SCRA has launched a new Communications Commitment and Participation Pledge aimed at children and young people. You can view it here.

This is part of SCRA’s Corporate Parenting Plan and it sets out how we will communicate with children and young people.

We aim to ensure that our communications with children and young people are clear and understandable ~ that we provide accurate and helpful information and that ~ we are easy to contact and available to answer any questions.

The Participation Pledge covers communication with children and young people, before, during and after their Hearing.

The guide was developed by SCRA’s Press and Communications Team, along with some of our Modern Apprentices and SCRA’s Participation Group.
