Evidence
Evidence for Scottish Parliamentary Committees:
The Scottish Parliament's Committees have two main functions:
- To scrutinise legislation
- To conduct inquiries into relevant subjects of their choice
In both cases, SCRA can be asked to provide evidence, either in written form or orally direct to the Committee. Please see below for recent evidence submitted by SCRA. Historic evidence submissions can be found in the Archive section.
