Scottish Youth Justice Performance Reports
The Baseline sets out the performance for Scottish Youth Justice in 2003/04 against a number of key indicators – overall number of referrals received by SCRA on offence grounds, number of young people meeting the definition of a Persistent Offender, and key time interval standards showing the speed of working across key agencies. The Baseline is designed to be the starting point from which to deliver performance improvement.
