SCRA's Directors meet monthly as the Executive Management Team (EMT) to discuss corporate direction and strategy, policy approval, corporate and operational planning and resourcing, organisational performance and corporate governance.
Executive Management Team members
Netta has overall responsibility for leading and developing the organisation and ensuring that Reporter services of the highest quality are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role of Principal Reporter is a broad one, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and, working closely with the Board, developing and directing the strategic direction, policy and plans of SCRA. Netta is SCRA's Chief Executive Officer and Accountable Officer.
Director of Reporter Operations - Tom Philliben
As Director of Reporter Operations, Tom is accountable for Reporter operations which are delivered through SCRA's four regions and network of local teams. Tom manages the four regional Reporter Managers and the Practice Team, Operational Development, the Victim's Information Service and the supporting Children’s Services administration roles.
Eddie has responsibility for the business functions within the organisation, including Planning and Performance, Information Services (including ICT and Data Management), Press and Communications, Information and Research and Policy. He is also SCRA's nominated Standards Officer and he oversees SCRA's complaints process.
Maggie leads the Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) team, which incorporates the recruitment, training and health and safety functions. Maggie is also responsible for leading the implementation of SCRA’s OD and HR Strategy and developing effective organisational practices.
Director of Finance - Ed Morrison
As Director of Finance, Ed is accountable for managing and monitoring all the financial and budgetary elements of the organisation. As well as managing the Finance Team, Ed also has responsibility for the Property Team, the Procurement function and the Business Support Team.
