The Operational Group, which is a sub group of the Executive Management Team (EMT), was established in order to co-ordinate organisational decisions which have an impact on SCRA service delivery in Localities.
The Operational Group functions to ensure both co-ordinated approaches at both national and Locality level, to progress a work programme each year, deriving from the SCRA’s annual Business Plan and three year Corporate Plan.
The Operational Group has a variety of functions, including: advising the Executive Management Team (EMT) and SCRA’s Board on operational matters, in particular the need for policy and practice which is consistent with efficient, effective and cohesive operational service delivery.
In addition, the group advises on matters of practice development including revisions to key operational business processes.
